We established Robe Law Firm with a focus on providing a broad range of legal services to individuals and businesses. In 2021, our practice shifted to mostly be in the area of probate, estate planning and guardianships.
Practice areas
When someone dies, that person has left behind an estate, which is the legal term for everything that person owned. An estate can be as little as a person's clothes or can also include substantial assets, like real estate, investments, cars, boats and so on. Some estates are very small and "handling the estate" may not require any legal action. Any property with a written title, like a house or a car, will require action in probate court.

Getting a divorce is much more complicated than getting married. Our goal is to put our clients in the best position possible. If you or your spouse have served in the military, special military law provisions may apply to your situation and you would benefit from having a lawyer who knows and understands these rules.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Penny has been an incredible help to me in my practice, and is always available to answer any questions I may have. She has a broad set of skills and is an excellent attorney, but even more importantly is a lawyer with integrity and commitment to service. Her military background gives her the ability to talk to people from all walks of life, and she continues her service by coordinating a legal clinic for veterans in Collin County. I cannot recommend her enough.

I've been very impressed with Penny's great demeanor, ability to get up to speed on a client's issues very quickly, and overall responsiveness to the needs of the client.
