Kerri (and Barbara) were both amazing! The amount of help they gave me, and answering all of my questions...they both went above and beyond. I ended up settling my debt with the creditor, but I still needed to file an Answer with the court. I was nervous, but Kerri guided me through it and gave me th...e vote of confidence I needed when she said "it's ok, just file it, you can't mess this up".
