Kerri and her team really helped me. I hired her to rep me and I was able to sign paperwork online of which made it a lot easier and faster. They used a great online correspondence service Clio of which was simple for me to use and to upload my paperwork. I had so many questions and they always an...swered. Kerri (and Barbara) were both amazing! The amount of help they gave me, and answering all of my questions...they both went above and beyond. I ended up settling my debt with the creditor, but I still needed to file an Answer with the court. I was nervous, but Kerri guided me through it and gave me th...e vote of confidence I needed when she said "it's ok, just file it, you can't mess this up". And honestly, it was so easy to file with the court clerk, I was in and out in 2 mins. But without Kerri, I would've been a wreck. Long story short: I was being sued over some medical debt. This was a new experience for me and I had so much anxiety . Kerri and her team handled everything!
