I hired Mr. Apgar last year for an assault charge in Collin County. My ex-girlfriend had called police and said I pushed her and hit her, and had threatened her. First of all, he definitely had a can of worms to deal with, and yet made it seem like it wasn’t a problem and outlined his plan.
