Let me start by saying, I did not get married to get divorced. However, when faced with this life-changing endeavor, not fully understanding the cost, time, or emotion that would be required, I am forever grateful that I had the Goranson Bain Ausley (GBA) team, led by Hayley Collins Blare to guide me... through it. My divorce was more of a "unicorn" at times due to the highly contentious nature of the case, but Hayley continued to challenge us to think strategically, pragmatically, proactively, and most importantly, humanly to get the best possible outcome for our efforts. At times we chose to pull in additional counsel and specialists (e.g. Chad Elsy, GBA) to optimize our approach in and out of court, and ensure the various phases were led based on the needs of the moment.
