Concerned and Compassionate for Real.

Upon being broadsided and then pushed across the highway by an unsuspecting vehicle that suddenly came at me from a bank parking lot, I was stunned and in a bit of shock actually. After maneuvering through cable wires, narrowly avoiding an 18 wheeler, and then a creek, my car came to rest on the othe...r side of the road, behind the truck. Witnesses at the scene told me that I must have some kind of a guardian angel! The impact of the crash had jolted me pretty good and although there were no serious injuries (thankfully), I would be needing therapy for my neck as well as my mind. The incident was traumatic for me in as much as my wife had died some 30 years prior in a tragic head on accident leaving four young teenagers behind. I was suddenly "reliving" her sudden passing. Both cars had been totaled in my accident that day. The other driver immediately admitted full responsibility because he had "mistakenly hit the gas pedal rather than the brake" and the fact that he told that to the police at the scene helped me to at least establish that the accident was clearly unavoidable but surely left me reeling. Thankfully he was insured and his insurance did pay for my vehicle loss without question but they had had little to no consideration for any of my losses beyond that. That's when I began looking for an attorney that could advocate for my personal losses. They weren't huge losses but they were considerable for me, beyond merely being paid the going market value for my car. I had had immediate medical bills mounting as a result of the accident and lost wages to deal with as well. Suddenly my life was turned upside down, out of the clear blue! As I was peering on the internet through a list of attorneys around the area where I live, I came across Mary Coones' post. I'm not entirely sure why, but her post caught my attention and for some reason I had had an inclination that she would go to bat for me...and boy was I right! Mary drove some 35 miles to meet with me, personally, in the town where I live, and listened carefully to every detail of my plight. She seemed to know that I was traumatized by the accident and worked diligently to "help me" in helping her - to win me as fair a settlement as she could - for my loss(es). Thanks to Mary's diligent work, I was able to get my medical bills paid, got back some sense of well being, and then back to work. That's all I wanted really. I just needed to "recover" from a totally unexpected "accident" that day! I would highly recommend Mary to ANYONE who might be looking for a strong advocate for personal injury loss!
