Unfortunately, I have to give a star but truly deserves NONE. Long story short just like the other client, I had to hire another attorney. This law firm has no interest in taking care of you other than charging you for services not rendered, no communication, no results only frustration and a high bi...ll. Let’s not forget conflict of interest when the law firm has a tight relationship with your ex’s attorney. Got screwed over BIG time by making the mistake of hiring this incompetent attorney. Hire someone else !! Do yourself a favor, hire someone else!!!!

This firm will take your money and deliver no results. My case was bounced around between two attorneys and paralegals, and whenever I had questions, no one seemed to know what was going on. Each time I thought progress was being made, suddenly it was time to make another payment. I specifically ask...ed for Natalie to represent me, but at my first hearing Ken ended up to represent me.He was completely unprepared, and because of that, the outcome of that day hurt my child custody situation. On top of that, I was charged for both Natalie and Ken to attend meetings together. Even communication was frustrating. My emails were ignored for a week, and I had to send a second follow-up just to get a response. They act like they care, but there is no genuine sympathy. At one meeting, Natalie even shed tears ,but it felt insincere, because at the end of the day, all she seemed to care about was money. I wouldn’t have minded the cost if I had actually seen meaningful results , but that wasn’t the case. In the end, I had to hire another attorney, and I am very glad I made that decision.

Sandy Liu helped me with Family Law matters. Sandy gave prudent great top notch advice on how to minimize my risk from a variety of angles and best safeguard myself, which I greatly appreciate!!! Sandy was empathetic and down to earth and calm, which made me able to take in her advice easily. I ve...ry much enjoyed working with Sandy Liu and would definitely want to use her services again when needed. I enjoyed meeting Natalie Gregg, Sandy's Supervisor briefly too.

I retained the Natalie Gregg law firm to handle my divorce. They did a fantastic job with each and every step of the process. Everything was clearly explained and executed in a timely cost effective manner. Never once did they try to push me in a direction that I did not want to go or attempt run... up billable hours. They paid attention to how I preferred certain aspects of the proceedings to be handled and made every effort to accommodate my wishes.
