"I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Whitten for almost two decades. My knowledge of Mr. Whitten's work ethic, practice areas, legal experience and trial expertise is based on my personal interaction with Mr. Whitten at several of the same law firms at which we were both employed in the past and where we were both trained by senior trial lawyers with decades of legal experience in a wide variety of legal matters. Thereafter, my experience with Mr. Whitten has been through either working alongside him on various lawsuits or in general as a fellow lawyer in the community. I endorse this lawyer because of his outstanding command of the law, top notch firm experience, and the zealous manner in which he pursues each and every client matter. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Whitten without reservation."
"Greg is a sharp lawyer, and thoroughly knows the ins-and-outs of civil litigation. Talented and thoughtful. I endorse this lawyer."
"I had the pleasure of working with Greg on a family law matter concerning a child custody case. He is extremely professional and was an excellent advocate for his client."

BIG WIN FOR OUR CLIENT! After a full trial, the Court DENIED everything that Mother requested and ORDERED Mother pay Father's attorney's fees and expenses.
GREAT AGREED ORDER. Our Client received everything he wanted: Collin County centered geographic restriction; 50/50 possession; no child support by either; all expenses split 50/50; agreed result allowing for positive future co-parenting.
BIG WIN FOR OUR CLIENT! The Court found and ordered that our Client was not past due and owed $-0- in past child support, and that the monthly child support payments decrease, not increase.
BIG WIN FOR CLIENT! The Texas Supreme Court DENIED Husband's Petition for Review which ended his years-long legal attacks on Wife, preserved the Trial Court's decisions, and protected the financial security achieved for Client and her children.
BIG WIN FOR OUR CLIENT! The Appellate Court OVERRULED each of the "errors" claimed by Husband and AFFIRMED the decisions of the trial court, thereby preserving this win for our Client.
BIG WIN for Client (“W”). Decree that: Husband (“H”) pay all W’s attorney's fees; W gets ½ of H’s stock buy out payments, past and future; H pay W back child support; H’s life insurance money split; W receive greater than ½ the community property; more.
