Austin was great at helping us!
Austin was very helpful with solving a legal dispute between my then girlfriend (now wife) and her former apartment complex. The apartment wrongfully charged her for breaking her lease. We ultimately had to counter-sue to have the issue resolved. Austin was able to help us solve this issue and handle everything. He was very open, honest, and great at communicating updates with us. He made the process much less stressful and was a great asset to have on our side. We would highly recommend him and use him again. Definitely recommend Austin if you need help!

Knowledgeable, Professional, Attentive
I reached out to Mr. Hartley to review a rather lengthy and complex separation agreement from my company. He replied back to my initial query the same day and devoted an hour on the phone without charge as I walked him through the situation. It was evident from the beginning that Mr. Hartley has a deep understanding of severance agreements and where individuals can be vulnerable to one-sided agreements that only benefit the company. After we agreed for him to mark-up the document and represent me throughout this process, Mr. Hartley clearly explained the depth and breadth of his services and the flat fee he would charge for those services. Once retained, Mr. Hartley turned around the document in a few days and provided not only a red-lined version for me to submit to the company, but a "client-only" red-line with his numerous annotations explaining his edits. It is rare in my experience for an attorney to go the extra step to explain in writing and on the phone why he believed changes were necessary. In addition, Mr. Hartley is a very pleasant and engaging person, like a trusted friend or business associate. These positive personality attributes combined with his deep understanding of the law in this area and his willingness to provide that extra layer of customer service made for a very positive experience at a time of significant change in my career. I would highly recommend Mr. Hartley and will certainly turn to him again if the need arises.

Establishing New Business with an LLC
Austin was a great help establishing our LLC. His advice is clear and consistent and he is very accessible. My son and I believe we are beginning a new business with a firm understanding of our business structure as a result of Austin's guidance.

Very Helpful!
My mother and I had some issues getting our home owner's insurance to work with us, after not accepting a death certificate for the primary owner on the house and the insurance account. Austin was so helpful in getting them a letter with the certificate, and handling the phone calls and run around the insurance continued to give us.

Austin handled a personal injury lawsuit. I transferred my case from a lawyer devoid of legal and personal skills and who had no idea what client telephone response was. I find Austin a delight to work with. I found him to be very professional and proficient. opposing counsel was very irritating for me, but Austin handled him well. Austin is very knowledgeble and very detail oriented and is not afraid to stand firm . If you want an excellent lawyer to represent you, then your best move is to retain Austin's services.
