I reached out to Mr. Hartley to review a rather lengthy and complex separation agreement from my company. In addition, Mr. Hartley is a very pleasant and engaging person, like a trusted friend or business associate. These positive personality attributes combined with his deep understanding of the law in this area and his willingness to provide that extra layer of customer service made for a very positive experience at a time of significant change in my career.
