Attorney Angel

A savior! The most respected, genius attorney! Mr. Palmer raises the bar for anyone who has worked with the law. I was arrested for DWI and the blood sample that was court ordered showed positive for drugs (meth). I originally hired a different lawyer who laughed at any idea besides to plea. Mr. Palm...er and his counterpart (the lovely, highly intelligent Rebekah Perlstein) took my case to a jury trial and saved my life by winning me a not guilty verdict. Watching them in court was like watching a movie. They were like olympians of the courtroom. They are just that good. Just knowing about them gives you an edge.

A True Blessing!

Rebekah Perlstein and Scott Palmer were truly a blessing to me when I was arrested for a DWI with a child under the age of 15 in the car which carries a felony charge and mandatory jail time. Both Rebekah and Scott realized that there were extenuating circumstances in my case and went above and beyo...nd what any other attorneys would have for me and my children. You see I am a single mother of two and there was no way that I could serve any jail time. I also hold degrees and certifications in fields where a felony would have destroyed any possibility for my ability to provide for my children. Both Rebekah and Scott were there for be in the very beginning all the way to the end of my case holding my hand and protecting me through the entire process. Never having been in trouble my entire life, I was terrified for myself and how it would affect my children. I had their emails, work phone numbers, and cell phone numbers that were given to me directly from them, and trust me I used them. They were there for me no matter the time of day or night and responded immediately. With their constant reassurance and straight forward approach that they have with their clients, I knew I would be ok. When all was said and done, we reached a plea agreement of a Class B Misdemeanor – with 2 year probation, fines, and a few classes my case was closed. I would highly recommend either Rebekah and/or Scott to anyone that is facing an uphill battle, need someone to fight and protect your rights, and need a “friend” that will be by your side through the process no matter who you are.

DUI

I hired Scott Palmer after researching the DUI lawyers for DFW area. I caint say enough about my first meeting with Scott and his staff. Right then I knew god had me in the right place and the right time. I had a DUI case that looked impossible to most to beat even with my clean record and no past... criminal history. Being a Navy Veteran I was in awe of the professionalism, courtesy amd willingness to work with my wife and I throughout the entire process. Scott and his team were always honest, upfront and forthcoming with all possible outcomes, scenerios and steps through my 2+ year case. We won my case this year 2016 after a 2 year and 3 month delay. I highly recommend Scott and his team. What exceptional service and caring individuals they are. I could go on and on, but I will leave with this. Don't hesitate, hire Scott Palmer, it's the right thing to do.

This is who you want to fight for you

I contacted Scott the morning after I got my DWI arrest. Within one hour, on a Sunday morning mind you, he called me and said he would meet me that same day to talk about my case. He was so comforting positive and knowledgable from the first meeting until our last. I could reach Scott by phone or ...text any time of day and he immediately answered me! Scott is a wonderful man, more importantly he is who you want in your corner to fight for you. He goes over and above to get your fair shake. We talked about the many options, and what would work for me and my case. He not only got my case overturned but exspunged. I could not recommend anyone higher, as a person or lawyer. Start to finish Scott is a top lawyer and knows the law and is extraordinarily clever and how our judicial service works.

You won't find better than Scott!

After of the most traumatic nights of my life, I was left with a horrible DWI situation. I was driving from Shops of Legacy in Plano to Knox/Henderson in Dallas. I wasn’t familiar with the area so I was following the map on my cell phone. After almost missing the Knox/Henderson exit, I tried to cu...t my car across but ended up not fully making the exit. I wrecked my car and called the cops, but quickly realized the cop was more focused on the two mambo taxi’s I had at dinner. I was arrested after not doing that great on the field sobriety test and later blew a .19 on the breath test. Scott came highly recommended, and I couldn’t be more thankful I ended up with him. He was very honest that I had a difficult case but promised he would fight…and that he did! I had full faith and trust going to trial with Scott. He is tenacious, passionate, intelligent, and poised. I was blown away by his fire in the courtroom. Scott was able to point out many faults on the arresting officer, develop doubt about the liability of the breathalyzer, and emphasizes all the discrepancies in the case as a whole. Going into my trial, I tried to prepare myself for the repercussions a DWI conviction would have on my nursing career and my future as a whole. This was a difficult case that I’m sure many attorneys would never take to trial, but Scott is a fighter AND a winner. My case ended with a 100% unanimous jury and a “not-guilty” verdict. I cannot put into words how much respect and gratitude I have for Scott. He fought for my freedom and gave me back my future. He’s the best attorney and overall a great man. Plus, his whole stuff is fabulous. I could go on and on about both Brittany and JR too! You couldn't be in a better practice.
