You won't find better than Scott!

After of the most traumatic nights of my life, I was left with a horrible DWI situation. I was driving from Shops of Legacy in Plano to Knox/Henderson in Dallas. I wasn't familiar with the area so I was following the map on my cell phone. After almost missing the Knox/Henderson exit, I tried to cu...t my car across but ended up not fully making the exit. I wrecked my car and called the cops, but quickly realized the cop was more focused on the two mambo taxi's I had at dinner. I was arrested after not doing that great on the field sobriety test and later blew a .19 on the breath test. Scott came highly recommended, and I couldn't be more thankful I ended up with him. He was very honest that I had a difficult case but promised he would fight...and that he did! I had full faith and trust going to trial with Scott. He is tenacious, passionate, intelligent, and poised. I was blown away by his fire in the courtroom. Scott was able to point out many faults on the arresting officer, develop doubt about the liability of the breathalyzer, and emphasizes all the discrepancies in the case as a whole. Going into my trial, I tried to prepare myself for the repercussions a DWI conviction would have on my nursing career and my future as a whole. This was a difficult case that I'm sure many attorneys would never take to trial, but Scott is a fighter AND a winner. My case ended with a 100% unanimous jury and a "not-guilty" verdict. I cannot put into words how much respect and gratitude I have for Scott. He fought for my freedom and gave me back my future. He's the best attorney and overall a great man. Plus, his whole stuff is fabulous. I could go on and on about both Brittany and JR too! You couldn't be in a better practice.

The Best Defender!!

I was facing two false charges (family violence, and interference with a 911 call) placed on me by a vindictive wife looking for an upper hand in divorce. I was completely innocent of her charges, but quickly learned that the deck is stacked against you in defending yourself from these baseless char...ges. The threshold for proof is so low that someone simply needs to claim they felt pain in some manner and you are considered guilty, proof is not necessarily needed in this situation. She was pushing these charges full force and I had found my once simple and easy life completely thrown out the window. I went the normal route of finding the most well-known attorney (who shall remain nameless) in this area, but after a lot of wasted money, I learned that I was just another client and my story meant very little to him. He secured the standard plea bargain and informed me that I should accept, otherwise I was taking a foolish risk in court. I was innocent, and for better or worse, I was going to fight to be clear of these charges. I needed real help and needed someone that was willing to fight for me. After much research and interviews, I finally came to Scott Palmer. When I met Scott, he took my story seriously, and did not lay out the standard attorney sales pitch. I did not budge from my stance that I am innocent, and will not accept any deal under any circumstances. His attitude and seriousness told me everything I needed to know that he was the right one to fight for me. As the trial drew closer, my wife attempted to create even bigger problems by threatening me to go to the DA and prosecutor unless I gave her what she demanded at any given time. Every time Scott was on the phone immediately informing the DA/prosecutor of what my wife was doing, even before she had a chance to call. He was pro-active in every sense of the word. When the trial finally came, he showed his true worth. He was so passionate and energetic about my defense, it was as if he was defending himself and not just doing a job. He took every witness (the arresting officer and my wife's best friend) and skillfully turned them into our witness. And when my wife was on the stand, he took someone that I believed was an unbreakable liar, and made her cave under all her lies. He knew the details of my wife's claims and reports even better than she did. He kept her on the stand for hours, and made the trial about her lies. Most amazingly, he even got her to admit on the stand that she was using these charges to get money out of me. In ways I would have never imagined, he got her to crack completely under his questions. Even in the face of a judge that was trying to give the prosecution an edge, he was completely fearless and did not let up on the pressure until she came clean. He was so thorough, that when I finally took the stand, the prosecutors seemed lost. They questioned me for less than ten minutes and their final question was "so your assessment is that your wife is a conniving, manipulative, evil person?" I had never made that claim the entire trial, but Scott had shown my wife's true colors to such an extent, the frustrated prosecutor simply let her own view slip. He was so good that my wife's only mention of the case since then was that I got lucky because I found a "damn good attorney." I have never written a review of anything, but Scott Palmer's skill, professionalism, tenacity, and brilliance demands recognition. He is a lion in the court room, and a true defender in every sense of the word. Your case becomes his case, and he leaves no doubt that he is going to fight his hardest for you. Though I am anonymous on here, if you interview Scott and have a similarly hopeless situation, Scott has my permission to have you contact me to learn more about what this man did to save my name and my life. If you are facing tough criminal charges, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Scott Palmer.

Best Lawyer in Dallas

After speaking with Scott during my first consultation, i knew this firm would be the right firm to represent me. Scott was far more aggressive than any lawyer i had spoken with. Needless to say we ended up with the best possible ruling i could have imagined. Scott and his associates were great and l...eft me feeling well protected and hopeful that my case would go well. Scott got my felony dropped to a misdemeanor then dismissed after just 6 months of non supervised deferred adjudication. I have no conviction and now Scott is getting this case sealed in an non-disclosure file. I cant thank Scott and his firm enough. Hands down best law firm in Dallas. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who values their rights and reputation. Thanks again Scott.

This Guy Walks on Water!

I am forever grateful for Scott Palmer! He did the impossible for my case. I went from facing 20 years in prison to a 2 year probation, from 2nd degree felony to state jail to class A misdemeanor on a possession of Methamphetamine charge. No one does that. You would be a fool to not call him to repre...sent you.

He knows what he's doing!!

I was nervous at the thought of even having to hire a criminal defense attorney. I had no idea what/who to look for. After speaking with Scott, I didn't feel the need to go any further. It takes a lot to leave your future in the hands of someone else, but Scott reassured me many times not to worry. H...e was very straight forward and gave me every scenario possible. Let me tell you, he absolutely went over and beyond what I thought was possible! When something "clicked" in his mind he ran with it and it made sense!! Sometimes you have to sit back and leave things in the hands of an expert! All of my emails/calls/questions were answered by his team, and there were a LOT. I was kept informed about the happenings of my case throughout the year+ process. I can't express how much I appreciate how hard he worked for me!
