Took care of our family - never let up until we got what we were entitled to

Our family has a son with autism. It's difficult enough having to deal with the everyday issues that his disorder presents for us, so when the insurance company suddenly stopped paying our medical bills for him, our problems increased exponentially. We filed complaints with the Texas Department o...f Insurance, issued disputes with the insurance company, but in the end, were told that we were out of luck - they refused to cover what the law specified that we were entitled to. They felt that we should be treated by a less expensive provider, and yet they had none to offer in the area with the services he needed. After searching extensively for an attorney, George spoke to us about what he could do. As a family man himself, George understood and sympathized with our situation. Through a series of phone calls and letters with the insurance company, he was able to get them to not only cover our son, but to pay the back payments that we had paid out of pocket while waiting for this decision. He knew when to play hardball with them, and when to give them a little room. Knowing the system as well as he did gave us a way to maximize our settlement, while minimizing expenses. In addition, because of George, the insurance company moved forward and made the facility and services our son was receiving an "in-network" offering. This helped to benefit not only our family, but many other families as well. George handled it with the utmost expertise, as well as a compassionate demeanor. I would highly recommend him for any situation, as you will find that he does not just bill hours for very little work. He is diligent, responsive, and hard-working, and will make the best of any situation.
