Terrible

I used Ms. Gusman in a MVA, and she only called me to tell me that there isn't enough insurance money for me to get the surgery that I NEED!! and pay her at the same time along with the medical bills. Has ZERO empathy for her clients. She didn't try to help find a solution. What is the point of a ...lawyer?
