The Difference

My law practice is different than many others because it's dedicated solely to criminal defense and medical marijuana law.  So, I'm not spread out with multiple areas of practice like a lot of other attorneys.

Secondly, I'm able to give personal, one-on-one attention to my clients. I do this first with a free initial consultation. You won't have your case assigned to a junior attorney or have little contact with me, leaving you wondering what's going on with your case.

Criminal Defense

I've been representing people with legal needs for nearly two decades. But the number of years that an attorney has practiced isn't the only important experience factor. Medical Marijuana Law

Oklahomans legalized medical marijuana in June 2018 through the approval of State Question 788 (SQ 788). But I was way ahead of the game. Even before SQ 788 passed, I was a Legal Committee member of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), and I still am today. I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in marijuana law well before SQ 788 passed. And, I have knowledge and experience with the new medical marijuana laws and regulations. I even offer compliance auditing services for Oklahoma medical marijuana dispensaries, growers and processors.
