Beverly Atteberry

She was hired for my fiance. Absolutely terrible. Didn't try to make any deals with the DA. Flat out said she didn't believe her client and it clearly showed in court. The very first time he talked to her she told him he had a case against the state and then she would tell him he didn't. Said she wou...ld do things but didn't. Didn't provide letters to the court or da that possibly could've helped. If you want to pay money and take the chance of losing your case and end up in prison fill free to hire her but you will regret it.

My cousin used her and even the judge in the middle of court, told her that she was not doing her client any justice. Then when he was there for sentencing the judge asked my cousin if he understood what he was agreeing to and my cousin looks at Beverly, she nods yes, he says yes. The judge commented..., "I am not going to let you do that". Needless to say, my cousin is going through an appeal process for poor counsel. I do NOT recommend her, she's horrible!

Mrs. Attebury represented me on two serious criminal charges. She was very quick to remove all immediate threats of incarceration. She was very familiar with the law pertaining to my charges and met with the judge and his clerk several times on my behalf. I avoided a lot of jail time and potentially ...becoming a felon because I retained Beverly Attebury.
