Biography
Lance A. Pool is the Principal of POOL LAW, P.C. where he concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, including family law and personal injury, as well as commercial litigation. Throughout his forty-two (42) years of practice, Mr. Pool has represented individual clients with their domestic relations, personal injury and employment law issues, as well as numerous business / corporate clients, serving in the position of General Counsel for a number of business entitites. Lance is an accomplished civil and commercial litagtion lawyer.
Mr. Pool obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law, and completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Growing Companies.
He has remained active in his community by volunteering his time with the Boy Scouts of America and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Circle Ten Council of BSA. He also volunteers with the National Organization for Veterans Advocates (NOVA) and the Oklahoma Lawyers for American Hereos.
Mr. Pool has been recognized by his peers as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in 2004, 2005, and 2006, and is presently a member of the Oklahoma, Texas, Tulsa and Creek County BarAssociations, the American Bar Association, and the General Counsel Forum. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Texas and Oklahoma, as well as the United StatesDistrict Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States Tenth Circuit Courtof Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
