James Michael Wirth

James Wirth is currently my attorney on a on going case I have due to false incriminating allegations made against me. This is my first time to go through anything like this. He's helped me a great deal. He's kept me informed explained things I didn't understand. He's very knowledgeable and sharp he ...kicked but cross examining the witness. I highly recommended him very satisfied with his service James is the best way to go especially when your life is on the line.

I retained Attorney Wirth for a very serious, multiple felony case. Mr. Wirth worked diligently and kept me informed of the process and what to expect which helped me keep a clear head and reduced a tremendous amount of anxiety. Ultimately, thanks to Attorney Wirth's vast knowledge of the law and e...ffective execution in the court room, the case was dismissed. I hope to never have to hire a criminal attorney again but if I do, it will be Attorney Wirth.

Of all the attorneys that I have hired Mr. Wirth has been the only attorney that I have found that will fight for justice at all cost. Mr. Wirth works on his cases on a personal level, and will always be honest and up front with his clients. Any one can graduate from law school but all that graduate...s from law school do not put their heart into it like James Wirth has.

James approaches his client's cases in a methodical manner. At all times James has in place many forms of communication set up... so clients can rest at ease and receive an answer as quick as possible (Email, Google gtalk, Office and Cell phone) which is very beneficial these days, you never feel like you are in the dark with your case. His years of experience and background diversity make him very knowledgeable in his field. He is proactive in his cases and is always prepared to the utmost.

DO NOT USE WIRTH LAW! They had my case for less than a day, charged me $800 to do absolutely nothing on my case! I talked to Kassidy about my case for 45 mins which she states she charges $187 per call — I told her to hold off on my case after the phone call & then had them refund me my money an hour... later due to them wanting to charge me $712.50 after the call. By the next day I picked up my refund check, they took &800 from me. BE VERY AWARE, they charge for every single email, every single time they think of your name, etc. They NEVER mention that before hand. I have never seen an attorney office be so obsessed with charging someone over any little bitty thing. It makes them look greedy when they are dealing with people who come to them in a time of distress dealing with court cases. Most attorneys only charge for the important things. When I told Kassidy about their bad reviews, her words were “why would we worry about what some bozos off the street think of us”. Just wow. They are money greedy & do not actually care about you unless you’re paying them. So glad I let them go because I have found a new attorney who knows what they are talking about & isn’t robbing me for my money. I highly recommend no one waste their time with Wirth Law!
