When I was seven, my family's home was destroyed by a tornado at 2:22AM on 2/22/1975.  The insurer refused to pay for our home so we lived in a barn for an extended period. Ever since then I have always had a burning desire to hold insurance companies accountable. If you need an attorney, Tye Smith is your man
Tye Smith is an excellent attorney. He is prompt with his responses to your questions, explains legalese in ways that you understand and keeps you informed of the progress of your case, next steps, etc. Tye is well prepared before even entering the courtroom. He provides excellent trial preparation and when he enters the courtroom, you can be assured that you are in the best of hands. When you hire Tye, you can expect prompt and professional treatment from his entire staff. They are willing to answer your questions and respond to your communications promptly, whether the communication are via telephone or e-mail. Tye actually cared about my health and well-being throughout the process. Wonderful
I thought Ty was an amazing lawyer. Always having great advice and always kept me in the loop regarding my case. I was very lucky that he was referred to me! I hope I never have to go through a case like mine but if I do he will be the one I call!!

Tye Smith Review
Very professional, knowledgebased of laws and insurance companies yet never treated me as lower class when I asked questions. God forbid I'm ever in a situation to need him again, but if I was, he is the ONLY attorney I would consider using - period!
