I consulted with Mary regarding a second mortgage on a family member's property in the Tulsa area. Mary listened to my situation with an open mind, then offered both correction and advice about how to move forward on my own without needing the assistance of an attorney. She did offer to step in if ne...eded, and the pricing she gave for the task was incredibly reasonable. I appreciated her candor and willingness to help, even if it didn't mean signing a new client immediately. Given the complexity of my problem resolution, I may still end up hiring Mary, but it was amazing to speak to someone knowledgeable without being pressured to sign on the dotted line.

Mary has represented me since 2012. Through 4 years of custody disputes! She has always been there for me, day or night. She truly cares about me and my son and our future. her knowledge surrounding custody and divorce is extensive! Her prices are fair. If Mary Gannaway is your attorney you will rest... assured that you are represented by someone who really cares and is working to make sure you are confident in decisions and outcomes! She is amazing.

Would not recommend, unless you want your money and time wasted. First time to ever use attorney. Did not know to NOT make that obvious because if you do, your lack of knowledge on what to do will be taken FULLY ADVANTAGE OF. Learned from this experience that you DON'T have to agree with what your... attorney is telling you to do. They do this in knowing you think you have to agree to whatever she is telling you she "IS GOING TO DO" on "YOUR" benefit...She isn't telling you to do a course of action to "benefit" YOU in court case, she's actually doing the course of action on benefits to HER so she can continue to obtain as much money as possible. In the end, you realize all the FALSE hopes you WISHED to acquire during court case was only constant payments to her years later, without any results she made you think would happen. I was represented by Mrs. Gannaway for almost 2 years until, by the time she gained $8,000.00 from me, she realized I was drained of money, she told me she was going to have to withdrawal from case and told me to find another attorney. Keep in mind, she was fully paid up!! All about HER MONEY and NOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY'S BEST INTEREST!

Horrible experience. I did all the work. she strung along for 6 months to get more money though through help agency, left me standing alone at court then quit next day b/ c opposing attorney was her friend who slandered me and Mary believed it with no proof. Rude and rairly able to reach I drove ov...er 60 miles one way more than once to give her evidence b/ c she wouldn't return calls.
