I consulted with Mary regarding a second mortgage on a family member's property in the Tulsa area. Mary listened to my situation with an open mind, then offered both correction and advice about how to move forward on my own without needing the assistance of an attorney. She did offer to step in if ne...eded, and the pricing she gave for the task was incredibly reasonable. I appreciated her candor and willingness to help, even if it didn't mean signing a new client immediately. Mary is one of those rare cases of an attorney who genuinely understands the clients need to be informed of their case and what she believes the best course of action is. Never during her time as my attorney did I feel unaware of developments or Marys strategy. Furthermore she is always professional ...to opposing council which goes much farther that one might think but makes a huge difference with the judges deciding cases. Mary Gannaway was literally a God send to me and my family during our case.
