Biography
Mary Gannaway practices general civil law with a focus on family law, estate planning/probate, and general civil cases in Creek, Tulsa, Lincoln, Okfuskee, and other surrounding counties. Prior to practicing law, Mary graduated Cum Laude from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas in 2005 with a Political Science and Criminal Justice Bachelor’s degree. In 2010, she graduated from The University of Tulsa College of Law and became a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association the same year. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Creek County Bar Association. She is an active member in the community as a member of the Bristow Lion's Club, Chamber of Commerce and Hudson Hall Wheaton Inns of Court.

Replied last March 05, 2020While I cannot comment on case or client specifics, I will say that all client contracts state that I will withdraw from a case should a client knowingly fail to disclose a material fact, refuse to be reasonable in his or her requests, or ask that I do something unethical or unlawful.

I did all the work. she strung along for 6 months to get more money though through help agency, left me standing alone at court then quit next day b/ c opposing attorney was her friend who slandered me and Mary believed it with no proof.
