About Noble

Biography

Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating from high school in 1988, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he obtained a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined the firm of Thomas Gould & Nix and was named a partner in the firm one short year later. He remained a partner with what became Thomas Nix & McIntyre until December 1999 at which point he left to start the firm of Nix & McIntyre LLP. After several years as a partner with Nix & McIntyre, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. In addition to Noble McIntyre, McIntyre Law has two other attorneys and multiple legal assistants and support staff in the Oklahoma office. McIntyre Law has also entered into strategic alliances with other firms nationwide which allows the firm to actively pursue cases on behalf of clients in states other than Oklahoma.

Noble is married to Rhonda McIntyre. They have 3 children, Mackenzie Hope (17), Cassidy Grace (15) and Kennedy Faith (11). Noble's daughters are active in gymnastics, soccer and cheerleading in addition to their school work. Rhonda is very active in their school and is currently serves as Vice-President of the PTA.

Noble is a very well-known and respected Oklahoma trial lawyer. He has represented thousands of clients who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of the wrongful conduct of others. His primary focus is products liability and drug liability cases as well as catastrophic automobile and semi-truck accident cases. He represented hundreds of victims of the drugs Fen-phen and Ortho-Evra. He is currently representing clients injured by the drugs Levaquin, and testosterone therapy drugs. In addition, he has represented hundreds of automobile accident victims as well as victims of other personal injury cases, including oil field injury work. His goal has and continues to be to work diligently on behalf of his clients to achieve the highest and best result for his clients' injuries while maintaining professionalism and abiding by all ethical standards of his profession.

Outstanding Law Firm

I was involved in a car accident in 2018. After six weeks of misinformation, confusion, and frustration with my insurance company and that of the other party, I asked my friends if they could recommend a good personal injury lawyer. Two friends highly recommended McIntyre Law firm. So I researched an...d compared McIntyre Law to the other law firms on legal sites such as Avvo, FindLaw, Super Lawyers, and Justia, as well as the Oklahoma Bar Association and each firm’s website. By far, McIntyre Law was the most professional firm hands down, which earned my respect. I contacted the firm, met with Monica, and she took my case. What I love is that Monica and the rest of the staff were upfront, presented the pros and cons, and did not attempt to raise my hopes with promises or falsehoods. Additionally, each and every person at the firm had compassion and understanding and spoke in friendly tones that made you feel like a person and not just a client. The medical bills were overwhelming and Monica took over, contacted each medical provider, and had all further contact go through her. Communication was awesome, and while I was not in attendance for the defendant’s deposition, I was able to read it in its entirety. The questions and rebuttals posed to the defendant were not only on target, they were brilliant. If you want someone on your side, THIS is the team you need. In the two years it took to settle the case (due to the defendant’s change of lawyers and the coronavirus shutdowns), Mr. McIntyre, Monica, and team consistently worked to come to a settlement with the defendant’s legal team. Once an agreement was reached, Monica negotiated with the medical providers to get the bills reduced to a very reasonable amount. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all their efforts, and the faith they had with my case. Now I can go back to physical therapy with peace of mind and without medical bills hanging over my head. If you catch any of Nobel McIntyre’s television ads, you will see just how professional he is – no gimmicks, no yelling, no promises or guarantees of $1,000,000 rewards. I’ve noticed the other law firms have suddenly toned down their ads to be more friendly and professional. It’s good to be a leader in your profession!
