There had been a misunderstanding and it looked pretty grim for me. It was looking more and more likely that I was going to get sent to the big house on trumped up charges. The advice I received kept me out of the cooler and the settlement resulted in annuity payments that I converted to a lump sum... payout and I am very thankful.
