WC case
I was completely please with this law firm.. they worked very hard to get me the best in dealing with workers comp.. workers comp has became corrupted and with out Mr Reese as my attorney I would not have gotten anything.. the people there were all wonderful to me and helpful

Injured worker
Didn't meet the lawyer until two date two years after injury. I felt forced to settle becauseof being off work for over two years on a knee injury. Only helped with one knee and dropped the ball onthe second.

Replied last February 23, 2015Thank you for your comment. We appreciate the opportunity learn and improve and provide a better customer service. 90% of our clients come to us because the insurance company fails to do the right thing. We are forced to file a request for a trial to make them do the right thing. Unfortunately, the State does not provide enough Judges to hear the cases as soon as we would like, resulting in injured workers waiting for what they are rightfully entitled. The waiting list for trials is long. We are Glad that our lawyers are returning your calls promptly. In regards to a rude legal assistant please bring this to the attention to one of our attorneys so that we can make sure it’s not repeated. We expect courtesy out of our legal assistants even when they are having a bad day. Please contact an attorney or the office manager so we can make sure we provide the best client support during this stressful period.
