Experience hasn't been good
I'm a client of his law firm I broke my shoulder at work had a surgery went back to work and they made me go back home few months later.. I was outta work another 6 months and They were unable to get my checks for me from the insurance company or another doc been waiting for a trial date since Novem...

Replied last February 23, 2015Thank you for your comment. We appreciate the opportunity learn and improve and provide a better customer service. 90% of our clients come to us because the insurance company fails to do the right thing. We are forced to file a request for a trial to make them do the right thing. Unfortunately, the State does not provide enough Judges to hear the cases as soon as we would like, resulting in injured workers waiting for what they are rightfully entitled. The waiting list for trials is long. We are Glad that our lawyers are returning your calls promptly. In regards to a rude legal assistant please bring this to the attention to one of our attorneys so that we can make sure it’s not repeated. We expect courtesy out of our legal assistants even when they are having a bad day. Please contact an attorney or the office manager so we can make sure we provide the best client support during this stressful period.
