When an accident happened on the job with my minor son it was a nightmare trying to figure out what we needed to do to navigate Workers Comp to get my son's medical bills taken care of. Once we made the decision to move forward it was like the weight was lifted. So I had to hire Mr Stipe a year and a half ago... Because my workman's comp was not being very cooperative and actually harassing me. When I say harass me I mean daily phone calls admonishing me and trying to get me to drop the case.. Mr Stipe stepped in I got no more phone calls from the workma...n's comp people which was a blessing in itself. They actually worked diligently with the court system in the workman's comp system to get what I needed to be done for myself because of the accident I had on the job, they got everything fixed. In the fastest way they could working with the slow workman's comp people. The case finally got settled and ended and I couldn't be more happy with this law firm. There were several people that actually got close to during this time that works for that office and I'm glad I know them they did a great job and I would be hysterical. After almost a year of fighting with my insurance company over my daughter's dog bit claim, I was recommended by a friend to this law office. Jack reached out to us promptly and was extremely transparent. He took all the weight off of my shoulders and was able to get my insurance company to settle ...for more than tripe of what I was expecting. My only regret is I didn't reach out to them sooner as they handled quite easily what I couldn't do myself. I would give 10 stars if I could. Well done!
