Joshua Caleb Mills

My legal career began in my family's law firm, and I found my calling in litigation. I enjoy the work of building a case: examining the evidence, asking difficult questions, and preparing to explain clearly why my client’s position deserves to be heard.

Today, my practice at Harroz Hays, PLLC includes personal injury, insurance disputes, and civil litigation. I represent people injured in automobile, motorcycle, and commercial truck collisions, as well as other injury claims.

I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants. That experience helps me understand how opposing counsel evaluates a claim, where disputes may arise, and what evidence can make a difference in negotiation or trial.

For someone dealing with an injury, the legal claim is only part of the problem. Treatment, missed work, bills, and uncertainty can affect everyday life. My role is to explain the process, answer questions directly, and help clients make informed decisions while I advance their case.

I believe clients deserve an attorney who prepares thoroughly, communicates clearly, and follows through. Whether a case calls for a negotiated resolution or courtroom advocacy, I keep the client’s interests at the center of my work.
