Austin was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After graduating from high school, he attended San Diego State University and graduated with a B.A. in Management of Information Systems.

Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he found his true passion in law and decided to attend the Oklahoma City University School of Law. At the time he had no idea how much affection he would have for the great state of Oklahoma.

After graduating from law school, receiving his Juris Doctors, and becoming licensed to practice law in the wonderful state of Oklahoma Austin decided to make this amazing state his home.

Auto accident

Was involved in an accident and my mother found Austin’s information. He worked hard and was available whenever I needed to talk about our case. He did a great job. Saved me from a whole bunch of stress. He did everything he could to make sure we came out strong and now the case is finally over. Relieved me from a big financial burden and I was able to get my license back. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Horrible accident turned to lottery win

When I was injured in an accident completely out of my control I was unable to work for weeks and still deal with lasting pain. In my darkest hour I found a shining light in Mr. Pieratt. Through his skillful lawyering he was able to get me the justice I deserve and not a penny less. Now I'm slowly getting back on my feet at my own pace and can live without concern for me or my family's future.
