Absolutely Amazing! I was so lost after my car accident and tried to fight the insurance company myself. My only regret is not coming to Cunningham and Mears immediately. Ryan and his staff have been wonderful, efficient, prompt and kept in touch with me on everything and explained all that was going... on every step of the way. Highly recommend!!

I can not say enough good things about Cunningham & Mears! Ryan Cunningham was the attorney I wanted after reading several reviews about how upfront, honest and hard working he and his staff are. I don’t make any decision without reading reviews. Do your research! And trust me, I read several before ...choosing Ryan. From the beginning he was a straight shooter and kept me informed all along the way. My accident was in 10/2017 and we just finally settled my case August 2019. After all was said and done, my car was fixed, all my medical bills were paid, including a $60k plus surgery that Ryan was able to get a huge reduction on so that I would see more mo Ry in my pocket. Actually, he was able to get 99% of the medical fees reduced. He had to fight the insurance company because all they wanted to pay me was $25k. Ryan knee right away that was a ridiculous offer and got to work! He never made any promises and was always upfront and honest. He told me we could be in for a fight and may need to go to trial. Thanks goodness it never came to that! I will be honest, it wasn’t a quick process. You will have to be patient and trust Ryan and his team are doing everything to your benefit in the quickest timeframe they can. If I had questions, I had Ryan’s cell phone and office numbers to reach him. I never felt alone in this process. I hope my review can help others make the decision a little easier. I am completely happy with the outcome of my case and Ryan Cunningham will always be the attorney I recommend to someone needing an accident attorney.

Lawyer Review

I referred by a family friend to Ryan Cunningham who was always friendly, efficient and always just a phone call away! He reached out to me with every step of a scary process! He made arrangements for the best and quickest medical care needed. That worked around my schedule so that I did not have to... miss anymore work then absolutely necessary! I have never been in this situation before and hopefully won’t ever be again but if I am I will be calling Ryan again! If you need a down home lawyer that makes you feel like they are on your side this is the gentleman to call !! He got me more then I ever expected with little to no stress then I ever imagined! Exceeded expectations!

Words can’t express how thankful I am for Ryan Cunningham and his team. I couldn’t be more pleased with their guidance during the litigation process and the settlement they were able to secure for me. Emails were always returned promptly and I was always able to get in touch easily with an attorney... over the phone. The at fault party in my auto accident was a city vehicle driven by a city employee. Ryan and his team made a very complicated process easy to understand. I can’t imagine how stressful the process would have been without them.
