Hired Paola as immigration attorney for my mother. My brother was military and should have been a quick process. Paola never filed anything, set up immigration appointments and didn’t show up, my mother was sent away by immigration saying she was not in the system. This went on for 2 years. It was a... mess trying to obtain paperwork and refund. Would not recommend to anyone.
