Joe D. Tate

I hired Mr. Tate for a drug case in Canadian County, OK. At first Mr. Tate seemed eager to work my case. Then it became harder and harder to get a hold of Mr. Tate, one time only a couple of days before court putting me in an uneasy state since I had no clue of what was happening. He even joked when ...I finally got him on the phone about not being able to reach him....not funny. Once the discovery finally came back, and there was "no video" and Mr. Tate seemed content with that, and I saw a change in how he was handling my case. I was just a file on his desk he was trying to hurry into conclusion. That is not how I expected my case handled for the amount he charged me. Sorry if my freedom is more important to me than a first bad plea deal offered. I expected more caring from my attorney at that price, guess I excepted too much! Could have got the same deal from a public defender.
