My boyfriend and I lost our daughter to CPS in 2014. We did everything that we were asked to do by the courts to get her back. Having Jeff represent my boyfriend was extremely comforting. The problem I have found with attorneys is that they see you as just another case. They don't want to go to f...ar to piss of the judge or gaurdian ad litems in cases due to the fact that they have other cases that they have the same judge and so forth. Jeff is not like this. I can remember him telling my boyfriend, "You say everything you can to make the courts love you, if there is anything negative that needs to be said, let me say it. They can hate me, but we need them to love you." We did do our part to get our daughter back, but Jeff was wonderful representation and was not afraid to speak up on our behalf in court. I am currently going through a custody battle for my other three children through a divorce, and have fired my previous attorney and hired Jeff for this main reason... Jeff will not "shush" me in court. He will make sure that my side is heard. He will not be railroaded in court. Also, he is very knowledgeable legally. Something was done illegally in my case and he spotted it right off the bat. I have high hopes for my case now that he is my legal representation.
