Terry L. Pierce

With over 34 years in practice, Terry L. Pierce leads Pierce Law Firm, P.C. with a commitment to fearless and principled criminal defense. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma for both his undergraduate and law degrees, Mr. Pierce has focused his legal career on defending clients throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, federal districts in Oklahoma and Texas, and several Tribal Courts. His extensive trial experience includes over fifty felony jury trials and thousands of criminal matters, as well as distinguished work on military cases such as an Article 32 Preliminary Hearing at Fort Sill. While he occasionally accepts civil and transportation matters, his primary dedication remains protecting the rights of the accused—particularly in high-stakes, complex litigation. Mr. Pierce brings a unique blend of resolve, diplomacy, and insight to each case, using his deep understanding of human behavior to influence outcomes.
