Mary Sheely Bruehl

Ms. Bruehl has worked very hard on difficult aspects of my case. I have sole custody of my son and she recently got him a better visitation plan. She has also represented my Uncle and I have recommended her to friends and coworkers. Some of the key things I really appreciated and still do - 1. Dig...ital - nearly everything was scanned/typed and made available for me to review. Having dealt with paper only attorneys being able to review on my phone at work was a huge plus and cost saving. This also kept things very organized and from being misplaced. 2. Communication - She took the time to explain things to me and help me understand some of the complex language often included in what I call legalese. Having several orders - this can often require cross referencing 3 or more documents to make sense of it. 3. Willing to go all the way, while in most cases settling is the best route she was willing to see it through to trial not backing down in spite of the opposition. 4. Communication - yes I know this is here twice. Mary has always kept me informed of the goings on in my case (s) thus allowing me to make informed decisions. Having had attorneys who just 'handle it' you never know what just happened exactly until it's over and your reading the order. If I had it to do over I'd hire her again and again .

Mary took over a very difficult case in which our previous attorney passed away. She helped our grandson obtain a visitation plan that was much more reasonable and beneficial for our grandson because the visitation plan previously set was causing him to struggle in school. Mary is reasonable in what ...she charges and she is always honest, caring and approaches situations that need problem solving in a unique way. She is the one I refer for legal matters to all my friends and she has represented many of them and did an incredible job for them as well.

When I first came to Ms. Bruehl's office, I had already lost all hope. Child Support was overcharging me thousands of dollars. Ms. Bruehl worked a miracle and I'm now paying only what I owe. On a different case, she has helped me get visitation with my children where none existed. She is compassionat...e with her clients and takes no crap from her opponents.
