Sales tax
Christopher was hired to assist us in resolving a sales tax issue that came to light as a result of a state audit. He was very knowledgeable, professional and assertive. Ultimately, he was able to negotiate an acceptable settlement to resolve this issue.

CLIENT FIRST LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Christoper is the kind of attorney that puts the client first. He really cares about his clients. He shows empathy, but always gives the best advice. It may not be what you want to hear, but you know he has your best interest (your case), on the front burner.
"I had the pleasure of working with Christopher on a probate matter of mine in which the decedent, a FL resident, also owned property in Arkansas. We hired Christopher to handle the Ark. end of things and my client and I have been very pleased. He also bills on a flat fee basis which my clients appreciate so there are no surprise bills. Christopher has been timely and professional and I'll certainly use him again for any other Arkansas probate issues that arise. I'll also gladly refer him to anyone needing an Arkansas estate planning lawyer. I endorse Christopher Brockett."
"Chris is an excellent tax and business attorney. We've referred a number of clients to Chris over the years. The best recommendation I can give him is to tell you that Andy Taylor and I hired him ourselves to handle a business matter for our firm. If you're looking for a tax attorney or business attorney, Chris is your guy."
"Christopher is a top-notch tax attorney and I would recommend his services to anyone with tax, estate planning, or corporation issues. I have referred several clients to Christopher over the last few years and I have been impressed how he has been able to assist each client."
"Chris is a lawyer's lawyer. When one of his own needs advice in the complex area of LLC/PLLC operating agreements within the additionally tricky confines of the Rules of Professional Conduct, he gives unwavering, expert advice you're confident to rely on. If something is outside of his practice subset, he will refer you to another who-- like him-- is at the absolute top of his or her specialty. I endorse this lawyer wholeheartedly and wish him the best in his practice."
"I endorse Chris as being a highly intelligent, professional attorney. He is very knowledgable, and is a passionate client advocate. I have worked side by side with Chris and observed him first hand. Clients are assured of being well served with Chris as their attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer and wish to make it known to all other attorneys and potential clients that he is an opponent to be feared and an advocate to hire. I had the privelege of attending law school with Christopher. Even then he was dedicated to his work. Since we have both been practicing in Little Rock, I have had the opportunity to share clients with him. His work ethic is superior. He beats deadlines and looks for additional tasks. He does what he says he will do and then some. He does not waste time or his client's money. To say that he is a terrific lawyer doesn't seem to be enough. Suffice it to say that when my family needed a tax attorney, my first call was to Christopher. Yours should be too."
"Christopher Brockett is a very knowledgeable and even more capable attorney. I would (and do) recommend him for all your tax and business law needs. I do not practice in these areas so I refer all my clients with tax law needs to Christopher. I highly recommend his services."
