Replied last February 28, 2014It's unfortunate that the 99% of the clients who are very pleased and satisfied do not write comments on this site. I have no idea who this client is as I have never represented anyone named Renee in domestic relations court. I pride myself on attentiveness to clients and my experience and quality of representation. I have received a certificate of recognition from the state bar association for the legal services I have handled, been named the president of my local bar asociation, have handled thousands of cases during my career and never received a single caution, disciplinary warning or anything else. I have no idea who this disgruntled person is but once a court proceeding is completed and a client wishes to initiate another proceeding exceeding the scope of the contracted representation, it is simplistic to believe that there would not be additional compensation required. Legal representation which is obtained for a case does not mean that you have a retained counsel at no charge for the rest of your life.
