Aundrea represented me in a child custody hearing. My son was terrified of his father. The judge we had, most times allowed for parents to remain in the court room when the child testified. Aundrea was able to gain my son's trust and made him feel comfortable with testifying if need be. I wanted to settle, so my son would not have to testify. Aundrea was able to do this and get what my son and I wanted. I would highly recommend Aundrea for a child custody hearing.

I hired Aundrea for my divorce. It was a tough one for me. Aundrea and Barbie was always there to listen and help me in any way they could. We went to court and Aundrea did way better than I would have ever thought she would do, I knew she was going to do good anyway. Very professional, very focused and got me everything I wanted. I hired Ms. Aundrea Stone Hanna back in 2017 to gain custody of both of my daughters who were living in an unsafe, unfit, unstable, dangerous living environment with their mom. I didn't have much proof of anything, honestly. I had mostly hearsay evidence but Aundrea believed me and she believed my daughter. She took the little bit I DID have and ran with it. This woman fought in court on my children's behalf for HOURS in one of the longest domestic hearings I think Crawford County, Arkansas has ever seen, it lasted for days. She won me sole custody of one of my girls. The other had been so brainwashed by her mother and so coached, she convinced the court that her sister was lying about all of it and that she just wanted to live with me, so she was making it all up. Fast forward 4 years, multiple hearings, many tears shed, sleepless nights and Aundrea always staying my by side no matter what ... their mother finally messed up and got caught. She was arrested not once but twice, she lost my other daughter who has now been with me since first quarter of 2021. I've rebuilt my relationship with her and she has made the decision to stay with me, bc she nows sees the reality of the world around her. When their mother was arrested, my wife immediately called Aundrea. Aundrea IMMEDIATELY went to work filing motions and doing whatever necessary to get my daughter out of there and in my custody. She has spent many nights prepping for our hearings, fighting for me and my kids. I would not want to go up against her in a courtroom because when Ms. Hanna puts her heart into a case, it's game over. She is a shark in the courtroom. Her knowledge of laws, her rapport with the courts and the judges, her knowledge of the entire process of an agonizing court battle is the best, hands down. She is who you want by your side fighting for you, I can promise you that.

Aundrea Hanna met with me ONCE, when I hired her to fight for custody of my child. She took my money and told me how she was MY lawyer and would do everything to help me get custody of my child. Fast forward 5 months and I've heard from Ms. Hanna one time. The day before court where her unpreparedness cost me my child. I was warned about Aundrea Hanna, but I found out too late.

I've never been more disillusioned with a "professional" in all my life. It's not that Aundrea Hanna lost my case. It's that she was embarrassingly unprepared. Yet, she got her money. Never again.

Wanna bulldog in your fight? Aundrea's team will certainly look like this upfront before you "hire" them. Balls to the wall and ready to fight! After they get their payment you won't be kept up to date with your case. You will know more about your own case through AOC court connect - even before Aundrea reviews the other parties response. You'll be told MULITPLE times over the course of 3 weeks you will get a call back. You'll get every excuse as to why your first, second.....third call went unanswered. Lord forbid you text Aundrea - because you'll get a short snappy "I'm busy!" reply. She acts like she's full blown taking the case to court and then by the end of it acts like the taco bell mascot who wants to settle out of court. Not worth it. Not worth the hassle trying to see the status of your case. Not worth having to wait OVER 3 weeks for a single communication with. You'll also hear "well... if we do this then I'll do 'this' in the aftermath *free*" But when it comes to holding up that 'free' thing - they want more money. I wouldn't even giver her 1 star on the review. She's in the negatives for me.
