Joel William Price

First, let me preface this by saying that I'm not the type to write reviews, however, I feel that the representation I received was so outstanding, that it merited the time. I retained Joel Price in 2015 after being referred to him by multiple people. I had an initial consultatation with him and we w...ent over the details of my case together and he explained all of the possible outcomes. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the law and legal process. Unlike other attorneys that I've had, Joel always kept me informed and made me feel like my case was important; This by itself put me much more at ease. After we received our motion of discovery, he was able to negotiate a possible 30 year prison sentence down to probation without myself ever seeing the inside of a courtroom. Retaining Joel was one of the best decisions that I've made.

I was referred to Joel Price by multiple people after finding out I was being investigated in a criminal case. I hired him before a warrant for my arrest was issued. Mr. Price was immediately on top of things. Mr. Price is a very straight forward person which is something that I not only appreciat...e but admire about a person. We had several meetings to sort through all the information I provided and what the investigators provided. I would ask him questions about laws and he would turn around in his chair, grab a law book, flip to the correct page and show me the answer all within just a very few short minutes. I have never seen someone know that much about the law until meeting Mr. Joel Price. Mr. Price always made sure that I have a copy of every letter that was either sent to or from him. I never felt left out of the loop and was always made aware of what Mr. Price was doing in my case. Of course I can not leave out Mr. Price's assistant, Lynsey. She was always helpful in keeping me on track with meeting dates, court dates, letters, etc.. Mr. Price and Lynsey make a great team and definitely made me feel comfortable even with me having a criminal charges filed against me. Mr. Price taught me a lot about the law going through this whole process. Because of Mr. Price, I am not in prison, still have my kids, got my felony charge changed to a little misdemeanor charge that will be expunged from my record in a year, and won my second court case. I would recommend Mr. Joel Price to anyone and will continue to use Mr. Price in the future.

I hired Mr.Joe W. Price to represent me in a case. After meeting with him several times, I felt that his mannerism was way to harsh for my liking. Mr.Joe W. Price was very blunt. He told me some things I didn't want to hear concerning my case. But always he was honest and straight forward with me. I ...noticed this right off of course. But I did not think that he was there to help me at all with my case in the beginning. I became disheartened with him and begin to feel like I hired an Attorney that was not going to bat for me. I was so wrong. Mr..Joe W. Price is the greatest Attorney in my personal opinion in Arkansas. He went on to win my case for me. Which was not an easy case to win. But with his expertise then, if you are searching for an Attorney in Arkansas that will fight for you in your case with complete honesty, awesome professional knowledge of the law then, you should, hire Mr. Price for, he is one heck of a great Attorney here in Arkansas. I wanted to write this review because again if you are searching for a Attorney that will go to bat for you. Mr. Joe W. Price is the Attorney you should hire. You won't be sorry. I wasn't. Also his secretary is a professional women and very nice indeed, who answers all your questions when you call. They are just a great team. Thank You Mr.Joe W. I'm unsure who the first two "reviews" are referring to, because ttorney Joel Price has been in practice for over 34 years and has been an excellent source of information and help to me and my family. My only regret is that my mother didn't use him during her divorce. I can't speak for his secretar...y; she is only the messenger and is not here to defend herself. I can say that, in my experience in retail and customer service of 20 years, when someone attacks another person, it's because they're guilty of their own demise. Mr. Price has been a shining example of studious lawyering, and he is one of the best Constitutional lawyers in Arkansas, if not in the U.S.! Mr. Price deals with cases on an appeals level, in higher courts, and I've known him to spend hours upon hours reviewing, learning, and putting together volumes of paperwork for his appellate clients. On the same note, I have seen Mr. Price spend hours upon hours helping couples who are unable to have biological children of their own, proceed with adoptions and those same parents refuse to pay him for his work. So, attacking a man of good heart and character because you've lied, because you've refused to pay a bill, and because you screwed up your case, goes unjustified. It should also be noted that Mr. Price was the driving force behind "Linder vs. Linder", regarding grandparental visitation act. Instead of attacking because you owe money and refuse to pay, and because you're looking for someone to blame but yourself, try looking at Mr. Price's history as an excellent lawyer and 100% knowledgeable!
