With experience as a Deputy Prosecutor, City Attorney, and Public Defender, and recently voted one of Arkansas Life's Top Attorneys for 2020, Ryan has handled thousands of criminal cases with significant trial experience as lead attorney, including jury trials as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. He practices mainly in Adult and Juvenile Criminal Defense and he has spent hundreds of hours studying and training in specific and evolving areas of law in substance abuse addiction and cybercrimes. He has experience handling criminal cases ranging from traffic tickets and DWIs to violent Class Y felonies.
Ryan brings his expertise in the areas of criminal law and juvenile law to the public by representing his clients with care and compassion. More importantly, however, than what he has learned about the law and developing a legal defense is that Ryan has developed the ability to listen to his clients and to find out what is really important to them in working to achieve the best result possible. Ryan is at his best when he and his clients are a team working together to achieve the best result and while he never promises a particular result, he always promises to do his best on your case.

He took my money. He didn’t show up for court and then I lost my case. He shrugged.
Hi Sarah, I am so sorry that things didn't work out! But I am genuinely confused, I do not recall this happening at all and I don't have a record of handling the case you described! Please reach out to me directly so we can discuss what to do about this because I take attendance at Court dates very seriously and I want to make sure we make it right if we didn't meet expectations!

I talked with Ryan he said he would keep her out of prison and that's just what he did. She only had to stay in jail 3 months ...
