She’s representing a very dangerous, abusive man, and has a allowed him to keep the child, even after realizing, or maybe already knowing before working for him that he has abused the child and mentally unstable when it comes to the best interest of children this woman can be bought. She should not b...e in child custody law, nor should she ever have her license, if something happens to this child, while having evidence and knowledge of a severe chance of the child, being harmed or killed. It is very vital that people know that she is representing an abuser and helping him due to receiving any amount of money needed. This woman is not to be trusted, and should not have anything to do with child custody. After this matter of a case you should never remove a child. If you know harm could be done to them by a person and you should always get fax before removing a child and putting them in harm I highly recommend removing her off the women’s rights for lawyers. This woman is a monster and something should be done.

Back story: A year ago I hired a lawyer (not Victoria), to help me get more visitation time with my child. In the end we settled in mediation and I got what I wanted, basically a joint custody schedule. With that said, my lawyer at the time was hard to get ahold of, wasn't very well prepared, loo...ked to me for answers during most of the arguments in mediation. Fast forward a year later. The other individual decided they no longer liked the arrangement and wanted me to go back to being the every other weekend parent. I tried to get ahold of my previous lawyer and not surprisingly, it was hard to do. Decided it was time for an upgrade. After searching the child custody lawyers available I ended up hiring Victoria Bruton. She was definitely more expensive than my last lawyer, but I was tired of playing games. I wanted someone who would basically just put an end to the other parties nonsense (and return my calls lol) I seen the back and forth between Victoria and the other parties lawyer and I must say, I was impressed. She doesn't play any games and gets right to the point. When It came time for Round 2 in mediation, it was a night and day difference. She was well prepared, obviously kept good notes on the things we discussed. Didn't hesitate to tell the other party a quick "no dice" when giving ridiculous demands. Even pointed out they were filing for mediation with false accusations when no proof was given on their side. No agreements were made that day and the other party ended up dropping the issue, no court proceedings were pursued. Victoria was well worth the Hourly rate. In fact I ended up spending less this time around than during the first mediation with the cheaper lawyer. The reason is, she worked more quickly and efficiently, resulting in less hours billed. I will definitely end up using her again and have already recommended her to a co-worker.
