In 2013, I found myself on the wrong side of the law. I don't particularly care to publicly share the details but I would be happy to answer any questions about my entire experience with Norwood and Norwood. I can't speak about any other lawyer in that firm aside from Tom Marks, who is just as mu...ch of an excellent human being as he is a lawyer; Tom was instrumental in not only keeping me out of jail, but having all charges dismissed. Norwood and Norwood is a bit pricey (6k) but, it was a small price to pay for my freedom and the piece of mind knowing I won't have any trouble applying for jobs in the future. You're always going to find someone who will complain about someone else, and I have heard negative things about Norwood and Norwood, yes, but in my experience, they are the ONLY firm who had a chance of giving me my life back, a second chance. I am a local business man and I was in the unfortunate position of being wrongfully charged with felony sexual assault. Everyone here from the receptionist to Mr. Norwood himself has your back. I was always made to feel comfortable and not in fear of being judge by my attorney. They always gave me... the benefit of the doubt. The attorneys, Doug and Tom, were always there to answer any questions and let me know what is going on with the case. Paula, the caseworker, was always there to mediate between myself and the attorneys, My attorneys believed me from the beginning and were willing to take my case all the way to a jury trial and we WON!! I don't know what in the world I would have done without this firm.

Tom was best lawyer iv hired so far. I went to jail for 2 felones an an a couple misdemeanors, an now I won't have any thing on my record after I do drug court. Tom was on top of the ball anytime I needed to know something. He told me everything I needed to know an explained anything I didn't unders...tand. Norwood is in my opinion best law firm in NWA.
