Great job
I was facing a revoke and 2 new charges of possession of controlled substance , was looking at 10yrs if they revoked me. "I endorse this lawyer. He was always prepared as a prosecutor and had an appreciation for the law. This made me decide to hire him for my firm. He has not disappointed. He fights hard for our clients, loves courtroom work, is thoroughly prepared, and he is very professional."
"Tom was always very prepared for his cases and fair when he was a prosecutor. After he became a private defense attorney he showed that he knew the law, was always prepared and a very effective trial attorney. Tom wins a lot of cases without even stepping in a court room through his negotiations with prosecutors. He is also very, very smart. Strongly endorse."
"I worked against Tom on several cases. He combines a vast knowledge of criminal law with a passion to help his clients and an eye for spotting legal issues. This combination means his clients receive criminal representation that is second to none."
"Tom is a very conscientious and trustworthy attorney who always has a strong knowledge of the law and the facts in the case. He is a strong advocate in the courtroom."
"Tom Marks is an outstanding attorney. He stays up to date on the current case law and is very knowledgeable in all areas of criminal law. He is calm, confident, and well liked in the courtroom."
