Biography
Tom has served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in both Pulaski and Washington counties. He has handled thousands of criminal cases, ranging from traffic violations to DWIs to violent felonies. During his time with the prosecutor’s office, Tom gained an understanding of the tactics employed by both the prosecutors and the police to convict people charged with crimes. Tom is excited to use his knowledge and insight to battle for his clients and to help them win their cases!
Tom believes that everyone deserves the best defense possible and when he is hired for a case, that is exactly what his clients get. Tom graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2011 with a law degree. While in law school, Tom served as a member of UALR law review and was also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is married, and he and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters and one son.

Great job
I was facing a revoke and 2 new charges of possession of controlled substance , was looking at 10yrs if they revoked me. My lawyer was able to get rid of the revoke and keep the act 347 in order so my first felonies would stay off my record. Also instead of jail time , he got me into drug court. Awes...
