i had one too manny added on charges that were dropped. reckless driving, position of perifanilla on two account and a dui. all were drop but a lighter charge on the dui. He absolutely handled my case like no other taking all the time he needed to get a better case. i highly recommend him if ever ...needed .

Jon is amazing. I hired him regarding domestic battery cases and am so glad I did. He listened to every detail of my story, and I fully believe he had my best interest at heart. Though he deals with criminal charges, he never once made me feel as such. He was ALWAYS polite and professional and was re...adily available if I needed to discuss the case. In my first case, he was able to successfully negotiate with the prosecutor to an agreed upon charge (public intox), that went under a year advisement which will be dismissed and sealed. He did such a great job on the first case, I then hired him for a second case (which according to their office policy should have gone to another attorney to start, but I wanted him due to the relationship and trust that was built). In my second case, we did go to trial and chose to appeal the decision. He made the appeal process very smooth and would guide me, but ultimately let me make my own decisions. We agreed to a plea bargain (disorderly conduct) that I was comfortable with and he successfully negotiated with the prosecutor once again, which will also be dismissed and sealed after 1 year. I would highly recommend Jon.

Jon Nelson saved me! I was in the court room trying to represent my self and i was fixing to go to jail. I was already cuffed and freaking out - how did I get here? I saw an attorney standing there, JonNelson, and asked for help. He stepped in, took over, and I ended up being uncuffed and given a ne...w court date. I was represented very well. My charges are now dismissed and I can move on. The office staff was wonderful. They talked me through all my questions and never made me feel like they were dumb questions. I am in my 50's and have never been in any trouble. Have receive 2 traffic tickets. I moved to Nwa Arkansas and had a small incident with a department store.
