Vaughn did an amazing job in the adoption of our daughter. Things went very smoothly and he had all paperwork complete and very professional.

This was our second time using Vaughn to help us with an adoption (two successful adoptions)! We were very confident this time around since we had such a good experience the first time. It was such a relief knowing that we were working with someone we could rely on. Our daughter was born toward the beginning of the Covid pandemic when hospitals were allowing no visitors. Vaughn helped us BOTH be able to be in the hospital room with our baby girl! And he did a phenomenal job getting our paperwork all filed and complete despite the courts being closed! We are so grateful for his work for our family, especially during trying times! He is very dependable!

Vaughn was a joy to work with. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew what to expect. We adopted our son from him and he was amazing. He got all of the paperwork done and we never had to worry about a thing. If we decide to adopt a sibling for our son, we will use use him again.

We are very appreciative to Vaughn Cordes for all he did for our adoption. He communicated with us well, and he guided us along every step of the way. I especially appreciate how efficient he was with the paperwork, especially at the time of birth. He spent quite a bit of time answering our questions and faxing the hospital. It was so reassuring to us that we had someone knowledgeable to lead us through the whole process. He did a wonderful job preparing us for our court hearing, and we were able to fully enjoy the moment without having anxiety about what would happen or where to go. We are so thankful to Vaughn and will always appreciate how he was a key figure in bringing our baby girl home, and now he feels like family to us.

Mr Cordes assisted us with adopting our son, which was very smooth. We contacted him a little over a year later and told him we were ready to adopt again and would like to work with him again. We waited about 5 months to be matched, and were matched with a single mother that was due the next month. The baby’s father ended up coming back into the picture and she ultimately decided to parent her child. They are still together, so We know that what was meant to be, happened. Due to this failed adoption, Mr Cordes did his very best for us to ultimately help match us with a couple that he believed would ultimately choose to place the child for adoption and were doing it for the right reasons. It took over a year after our failed placement, with some bumps along the way. There were potential situations that he guided us against, as he felt the adoption would not have been ethical or that the parents were not placing the child for the right reasons. We finally matched with a young couple that were expecting a baby due in November. Mr Cordes was a source of support for us, as he has adopted children himself, so along with legal guidance (like hiring the couple an attorney to represent them and not us), he also provided us with emotional support for the roller coaster ride of our second adoption. I believe he truly wants to do right by everyone he works with. We just had to give him the time and our patience for it to happen (as difficult as it was during that LONG wait) but it was ultimately worth it, as our family love has now expanded with our wonderful extended families in Arkansas.

Vaughn Cordes helped my husband and I with the adoption of our little boy in May 2016. He matched us very quickly with the birth mother, (1 day) and was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Vaughn procured us a quick adoption court hearing, and we left Arkansas with our legal son in 10 days. Vaughn has a heart of gold, and I know he cares deeply for the people involved....the birth parents, the child and the adoptive family. We are so grateful for Vaughn, and we highly recommend him to anyone who needs an adoption attorney.

We had a awesome experience with our adoption. We were matched in a very short time and had very good support throughout it. He has a very compassionate heart for his clients and the moms he works with and tries his best to make it successful. We were very blessed with his passion for the adoptions and his willingness to help the birth moms, going out of his way countless times, even with a busy family himself. He can relate as he has adopted a number of those children. We found him to be a very honest and just attorney and would definitely choose him again with future adoptions. It was a true blessing working with a tenderhearted caring person.

We found it easy to work with Vaughn Cordes. We were matched with a baby just days after turning our homestudy in. Then when our baby was born we were able to finish completing adoption in a timely manner. In the meantime we were able to go home on a guardianship permit while we waited. We are thankful for how good it all went!

Would highly recommend adopting thru Vaughn! It was a easy simple adoption & everything went like a dream! He is a one man lawyer so wouldn't expect him to be able to answer every phone call immediately but if u text him he will get back to you in a timely manner!
