I hired this lawyer years back, and he wasn't on my side at all. He was all that I could afford at the time and I guess I got what I paid for. When I had nothing against me he told me I would never win my case. ONE different attorney later I got my child 50/50 as quickly as Matt took my chances away....

My husband and I have dealt with this man for a lawyer for 13 months, and I would never recommend him to anyone. Each and every day has been awful. He has continuously ignored our e-mails and our calls more times than I can count. We will e-mail 5 times before we receive a response. Then when we do r...eceive a response, it will be half a sentence that doesn’t even address 90% of what we said. He repeatedly will say “I’ll get back to you by the end of the day” or “I’ll get back to you tomorrow morning,” but then he won’t say anything at all. We will call the receptionist 3 times before Matt bothers to say anything. We have even begged for him to please make us a priority, to please help us, begged to be treated like a client and not once has he been professional or made us feel like we had a lawyer who cared about us. Thousands of dollars for this type of unprofessional treatment, to feel helpless and worthless. This is our experience and I’m making this review just in case someone reads it, reconsiders someone else, and can save themselves their time, their money, and their sanity.
