Excellent!

I can’t thank Josh enough for taking on my child custody case and fighting for me in court. He got me full joint custody of my son, not that every other weekend schedule like lots of fathers get. He invited me to his office to be part of the entire pre court process. I brought my notes, he brought h...is and we collaborated on the case for hours. He took what I had to say seriously, cared about my wants and needs for my son and fought the opposing party on everything that I wanted to fight them on, whether or not he believed we would get the outcome I wanted or not, and I really did appreciate that. I felt like it was my money being spent and what I wanted needed to at least be attempted. Josh fought back and forth over child support, Health, dental and vision insurance, medical bills, child care and numerous other things which all ended up in my favor. Josh stayed in constant communication with me via phone call, texts and e-mails. I could always get a hold of him, or would get a call back within a half hour. Josh has an in house notary available at his office, which honestly saved me lots of time and money because we had to have tons of documents notarized. His hourly rate is comparable to other lawyers in the area, although I found his rates to be better than quite a few other attorneys around the little rock area. Josh is a family man with kids, and he understood wholeheartedly what I was going through and what my situation was and where I was mentally. He kept me grounded and kept my spirits up throughout the entire court process and just had a great attitude at all times, which was very reassuring. All around, Josh is a great attorney and a standup guy. You get your monies worth, and you will get custody of your child.
