Direct, Concise, Dependable

Mr. Eason is an absolute Professional. His compassion, and direct approach is exactly what you need to represent you in the courtroom! In addition to his excellent communication skills, he actually listens with the intent to understand, not just to respond. Although I did not hire him after our consu...ltation, it is apparent that if you need someone on your side, give him a call, he will not disappoint!

HE IS ON THE SIDE OF THE LANDLORDS EVEN IF HIS CLIENT IS THE TENANT

I’ve never been the type of guy to leave a negative review to hurt a person’s business but I’m sorry today is the day. I’m sure most civil attorneys are mainly used for landlords since Arkansas basically has no rights for tenants. I see he has great reviews from landlords but as a tenant I really fe...el he did me more harm than good. I’ve been fighting a unlawful detainer case for a year and Mr Eason said he would represent me for $500 which i thought was fair. He didn’t prepare for my case or from my point of view had no intentions of me winning. I had to write down questions for him to cross examine as if I was the attorney. I initially wanted to sue my landlord for all the illegal things he did to me but josh advised me not to. Rather than saying I don’t have time to prepare for your case so I can’t take it he basically went in court unprepared and his excuse was that he was new to the case. I had a video that was evidence proving my innocence but he told me we didn’t need it and after I lost the case he didn’t even ask for a little longer time for me to prepare to move. By the way this wasn’t residential it was for commercial property of my business. So I just want to say to any tenants looking for an attorney if you’re being treated unfairly he is not your guy. I’m sure he doesn’t care because he probably doesn’t represent many tenants but I had to let it he known.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband and I had never needed a lawyer and were completely at a loss of what we should do with our problem. So we called Eason Law and had a free consultation with Josh. He was knowledgeable about our issues and gave us several options. Mr. Eason has helped us every step of the way with our issue.... He is very quick to respond to calls, texts and emails. He has explained everything that he has done and kept us updated to every move that has been made and what the next step is at every turn. He has made communication during Covid easy with Zooming and conference calls on days when my husband and I are at work in different towns. We feel like we made a great choice choosing Josh Eason to represent us in our case.

The Best

Josh Eason has been the most amazing attorney I have ever worked with. He took the time to listen and not run me off the phone, he truly cared as to what I was going through. He has made this process so smooth and easy. He was professional from the start and continued through this process, he is on p...oint with everything he does and that matters to me. He stayed in touch, kept me updated the entire time which I REALLY appreciate! I TRUST and believe in Josh Eason and will continue to use him for anything that might come up again in the future. I will never seek out another attorney but Josh Eason. And I am also going to give him props in the fact that he got my case done during the covid-19 without any problems. Josh Eason is an amazing Attorney and I highly recommend Mr. Eason
