Holitik Law, PLLC, Little Rock, Arkansas – Present ∙ Managing Partner. Representing clients in domestic relations, criminal defense, and civil matters; representing clients in governmental relations with local, state and national governmental entities. 

Holitik & Associates, P.C., Memphis, TN ∙ Managing Partner. Represented plaintiffs in class actions against major credit card processors alleging violations of Tennessee Consumer Protection Act and breach of contract, achieving nationwide multi-million dollar recoveries for class members; represented clients in governmental relations, which included legislative drafting and monitoring local lobbying; Special Attorney General for the State of Illinois.

 Hale, Holitik & Young, Marion, AR ∙ Partner.  Maintained general legal practice, including prosecution, criminal defense, asset forfeiture, real estate, land use,condemnation, and annexation actions for both individual and governmental entities; and practiced before various appellate courts, which included U.S. Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Arkansas Supreme Court, and Arkansas Court of Appeals.

Robinson Tree Service, Inc., Disaster Relief Division, Memphis, TN ∙ Project Attorney/Project Administrator.  Drafted and reviewed contracts, specifications, and requests for proposals; performed contract administration and oversight; and maintained communications and reporting requirements, including preparation of reports with supporting documentation for each project and facilitating contact between field managers and outside parties to provide optimal asset allocation.

City of Little Rock, Little Rock, ∙ Assistant City Attorney. Drafted city attorney opinions and municipal ordinances; represented the City of Little Rock in criminal and civil litigation, including condemnation, municipal defense, zoning and housing enforcement, DWI, and traffic prosecution; represented judiciary on pretrial habeas corpus motions; researched legal topics for City Board of Directors and various city agencies; and drafted and reviewed contracts for city agencies.

Gill Law Firm, Little Rock, AR ∙ Associate. Represented community water systems in the acquisition of eighty miles of water pipeline and obtained associated easements; performed legal research; drafted pleadings and briefs in preparation for trials; litigated in municipal, chancery, and circuit courts and gained appellate experience in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Arkansas Supreme Court.

 Arkansas Legal Research Associates, Fayetteville, AR  September 1992 – September 1994 ∙ Founder. Contracted legal research and clerking services primarily for small rural firms, which services included legal research; drafting; on-line asset investigations; witness, debtor, and defendant location searches; corporate information searches; and litigation support.
