My practice focuses on Chapter 13 reorganization. Chapter 13 stops lawsuits, garnishments, repossessions, foreclosures, and allows avoidance of judgement liens. Repayment plans are three to five years and allow reductions of interest and payments on most secured debts. Unsecured debts can be discharged or paid in part or in full at 0% interest. I have over 16 years of Chapter 13 experience and will personally speak with you by phone or in person free of charge. Please allow me to earn your business.

Norman
He handled our Chapter 7 that had to be converted to a Chapter 13 to save our house and then was able to lower our payment and wipe out the home debt when we could not afford the house. We just received our Chapter 13 discharge and couldn't be more satisfied with the results Mr. Bueker got us.

He represented my wife and I in our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and did a fantastic job. He was always very prompt in returning our calls and did a nice job explaining everything.

"I have known Jeremy for quite some time and know him to be a strong advocate for his clients. In fact, I watched him conduct an entire hearing one afternoon in the bankruptcy court while holding the infant child of his client. His client could not afford child care and had to bring the baby to court that day; and, when she took the stand, Jeremy took the baby in his arms and conducted his examination. I was impressed. He truly cares for his clients. I certainly endorse this lawyer."
"Jeremy possesses tremendous knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, and is able to explain complex legal issues in a succinct and effective way to clients and other attorneys alike. He is also an effective litigator that produces results for his clients."
